The practice of physical therapy is a science and an art. At Red Rock Physical Therapy and Wellness, treatment is provided in a healing and warm environment. After a thorough examination and listening to your needs, our therapists combine a variety of manual techniques, prescriptive exercise, neuromuscular education, and other modalities formulated for each individual. These skills and techniques are combined to reduce and resolve the factors which cause pain and dysfunction. The main goals of therapy are to heal, prevent further injury, and encourage independence.
At Red Rock Physical Therapy and Wellness, we strive to provide a supportive therapeutic environment to help individuals successfully rehabilitate following injuries or surgery. While individual goals may vary, in general our goals include:

Our Physical Therapists
Debbie has figured out a method to get and keep active adults and athletes to get back to their lives. She offers an alternative to medications, injections and surgery. There are options for you! It has become Debbie’s mission to help people just like you get back on track to living a fully active life.
Throughout her years as a physical therapist and working in the outpatient setting, Emily has made it a point to further her education. She has been working with post concussion patients for five years and has completed a year long certification program in Concussion Management. Emily has also completed certification in Functional Dry Needling, which she has found works well with her other manual therapy skills. Emily works hard to tailor each appointment to the patient’s needs, whether you are a competitive athlete, a weekend warrior or never exercised a day in your life, Emily will construct a program just for you, to get you back to where you want to be, doing what you love.
As a physical therapist Allyson has enjoyed honing her skills in manual therapy and working one-on-one with clients. She has been at Red Rock since graduating from physical therapy school in 2016, with a sabbatical working at the John F. Barns Myofascial Release Clinic in Malvern, PA. Specializing in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release allows her to be successful treating anyone from the athlete, to the active adult, elderly, and anyone in-between. She enjoys working with a variety of patients and being able to treat from a holistic perspective. Her love of movement originates in her athletics background, playing volleyball at the collegiate level. The body is fascinating and has massive potential, she enjoys being apart of an individual’s health team.
Alicia Magro, PT, MPT
Alicia has had the enjoyment of helping people with their recovery for the past 15 years. Her passion for the medical world started by growing up playing sports and dancing. She received a bachelors degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. She loved being a badger so much that she stayed at UW Madison to receive her masters in physical therapy! Over the past 15 years she has enjoyed working with various populations and diagnoses in the outpatient orthopedic setting. After going through a bilateral hip surgery herself, she has learned the daily challenges of someone going through a major surgery or limitation and has developed a further passion for treating hip dysfunctions. She also enjoys working with the pediatric and prenatal/postpartum population, dancers, as well as those with TMJ dysfunction and migraines. She has also pursued certifications in the Graston techniques as well as Kinesiotape.
Alicia was also recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and has found the frustrations with managing chronic fatigue and pain and the mismanagement provided by the medical community, which so many of her patients have also experienced. After finding Red Rock Physical Therapy she has discovered the healing powers of myofascial technique for not only chronic pain but for all populations. She is now currently pursuing furthering her skills with the Myofascial Release Technique by John Barnes, PT.
Ami is an expert level therapist in the specialty of John Barnes Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR). She began this training over 15 years ago; graduating from Chicago School of Massage Therapy (now Cortiva Institute) in 1986. She is a talented partner specializing in MFR, lymphatic drainage, and therapeutic body work, and educates at a local massage therapy program. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings and with a variety of clients including Equine clients, and other animals.
