Try this simple correction for improved posture and less low back discomfort. Get a lumbar roll, rolled up towel/blanket, papertowel roll, light jacket etc

  • Step 1: sit to the back of your chair
  • Step 2: place roll behind your back and the chair
  • Step 3: lean back against the roll

This easy tip can help prevent prolonged poor posture for more success throughout your day!
